Introduction: Different types of soft tissue tumors affect the gastrointestinal tract. Among them are leiomyomas, which relatively uncommon. They commonly asymptomatic masses and discovered incidentally on radiological scans. Pathological examination is mainstay diagnosis. Surgery remains cornerstone management.
